Singing Roadshow is a training course in the form of creative and collective experimentation around vocal practice in contemporary music, under the artistic direction of Marie Schoenbock.

3 days to practice, explore and enrich your knowledge with :

  • Discovery and practice workshops supervised by 10 trainers:

=> Warm up / Cool down : Charlotte Leboucher (Mulhouse)

=> Movement, body and voice: Sabina Nethercliff and Osnat Schmool

=> Oral tradition and modernity: Pascal Caumont and Clotilde Rullaud

=> Wild polyphonies: SVENT and Jeanne Barbieri

=> Amplification: Antoine Spindler and Gaëtan Gromer

  • A collective creation illustrating the different practices used during the workshops and the analysis of the process

This workshop is aimed at musicians, artists, teachers, supervisors, trainers, vocal coaches… professionals or confirmed amateurs, interested in the voice in contemporary music.

It was tested in 2017 in Issy-les-Moulineaux under the artistic direction of Tobias Hug, then renewed in Luxembourg in 2018 with Merel Martens and in Nancy in 2019 with Peder Karlsson. The 2020 edition is placed under the artistic direction of Marie Schoenbock and organised jointly by the PFI, ARPA Occitane and Cadence.
